Join the folks from Greedy Goats for a fascinating introduction to goat tending. Each presentation is 90 minutes. $15 fee for each class level or $25 for both. A minimum of 10 persons required for each class and you must pre register via phone or email.

Level I: Intro to Goats 10am-11:30am

Basic needs: Breeds, Anatomy, Hooves, Goat Psychology, Diet, Nutrition, Fencing, Housing, City ordinances, Buying, and Pet-a-goat.

Lunch on your own or head over to Grandma’s House Cafe for some down home Southern Cooking, 11:30am-12:30pm.

Level II: Advanced Goats 12:30am-2:00pm

Important info: Nutrition, Minerals, Health, Parasites, Hygiene, Pasture rotation, Record keeping, Breeding, Kidding, Milking, Wethering, and Selling.
