Altered Book Journal Workshop

Saturday, October 21, 10:00am-3:00pm

Presented by Stacy Erikson

$35.00 including materials.

Join us on the mountain for a fascinating one day altered book journal workshop with Arkansas artist, writer and photographer Stacy Ericson. Altered journals are mixed media artwork that changes a book from it’s original form into a different form, altering it’s appearance and meaning. Deecorative, functional, funky, refined, these make fantastic holiday gifts or journal to cherish.

$35.00 including materials. Class size is limited to 10 people. Supplies will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring any general art supplies you might have on hand and want to use such as collage items, stamps, photos, stencils, gelatos, glitter etc., and a sack lunch.

To purchase seats, just click the “Pay Now” button below. All tickets must be purchased prior to the workshop and the number is limited, so call today! (Ticket cost is non-refundable and is viewed as a donation to Ozark Folkways.) If you are unable to make the class, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer the open spot to others.
